When Love Knots Are Tied in Fall Colors

I remember hating one of my former college roommates for creating a destination wedding in the Middle of Nowhere, Iowa - complete with gravel roads and miles without a gas station - during the dead of winter one early February weekend. June is definitely the most popular month for weddings (10.8% of all weddings), and then August (10.2%) - but September (9.6%) and October (9.4%) are the next most popular wedding months, and the rest of autumn sees brisk activity in the wedding bells department (November at 7.4% and December at 7.8%).
