This Jewelry Designer Puts Sculpture (Literally) at Your Fingertips

The Carrotbox is a site dedicated to all those wonderful rings made of glass, lucite, resin, plastic, jade, wood, bakelite, metal, and even stone. Alice Matsumoto from Vancouver, BC, Canada has a ring shop and has kindly given us permission to inspire our jewelry lovers at Sheffield with her discoveries. In this post, Alice focuses on sculptural rings.

For those of you who are extremely married.

You're looking at Sculpturings by Rebecca Rose, an artist who splits her time between Florida and California. See many more in her gallery!

Those look good, but are they light weighted so as to wear them everyday?

These rings are mesmerizing. I just love the one with the arms raising, I wonder if I had seen such a sculptured designer ring in diamond. I would have simply gifted such a beautiful engagement ring to my better half. But as of now, she has got a diamond ring which I bought for her from http://www.darasdiamonds.com/
God, wish I could get this ring before our wedding :( But it's never too late, I guess.
    Thanks for great pictures!

Incredible craftsmanship. And at such a minute level too. Though I have to say, these feel a bit too extravagant for me. The diamond solitaire my fiance got me from http://www.junojewelry.com/ is quite enough for me. But as a show piece, these would be great.
