Join the Online Network for Creative People

I think that creativity is wonderful ... but have you noticed that creative people sometimes have a tendency to pour all their energies into, well, CREATING, and it leaves precious little time for networking and selling and developing new business contacts, clients, or customers. This is true for creative people in areas like jewelry design, interior design, product design, feng shui, blogging, photography, and all other creative arts. So when a friend of mine, the director of University of Rochester's drama department, told me about the Behance Network, a huge online creative network, I thought this would be an ideal resource to steer you to. On Behance, you're able to join the network, post information and images about yourself so others can get to know you better, and then post projects.

Visitors to Behance may be on the prowl for inspiration (guilty!), networking for community purposes with fellow professionals (you can follow other creatives and give things you love a thumbs-up appreciation vote), or look for creatives to hire for an upcoming project - from architectural planning for a residence or business to designing a new wedding dress. Click on the photos to go to some of the projects I found that quickly caught my eye.
