Do you know what we mean by a wedding color story? It's basically taking swatches of colors that provide complimentary hues, soothing monochromatic tones, and/or bold contrasting choices to begin selecting how a wedding will ultimately be styled - from the colors of bridesmaids dresses to the bridal bouquet and reception table decor.

The color swatches is where you begin. But then you start to add online photos to your Pinterest page, print out photos from online, or cut them out of newspapers, magazines, catalogs, and other print sources to add real-life images to help bring the colors to life. One color swatch might be brought to life in a pair of shoes, the trim on a dress, or the wallpaper in a chic living room. Usually the color story begins with fashion and then the story grows and grows from there. But the swatches interrelate to help tell the complete story.

These images are GORGEOUS! The color a bride chooses is so important to the overall look and feel of the wedding. We work with a lot of brides with our wedding accessories store, but we typically keep our products neutral so they do not conflict with the sometimes bold colors within the wedding. Great article!

Am getting married very soon, am already thinking about motifs for her and she mentioned it once, am sure the aquamarine is worth it and this story is giving me more insights to what i need to improve on

It's a darling dress! i really like the colors.
I love small ruffles on some things, however most ruffles at a little an excessive amount of on behalf of me, and that i like single-edged ruffles over ambiguous, thus i might most likely leave these off too.

There are more stories to colors than I thought there would be. I use swatches for clothing and painting, as I have the passion for art and fashion. I find it quite amusing to look behind the stories and found the color I was destined to be in loved with.
