Apartment Design: Your Own Personal Pool

(Aquaria Grande, India)Decadence takes many forms and if your desires comes in the shape of your own personal pool right outside your high-rise apartment - yes, highrise! - then Aquaria Grande is your place.

This 37-story apartment complex is in the midst of being built in Mumbai, India by the Wadhwa Group.  Each apartment will have its own balcony that leads into a pool with unobstructed views of the neighborhood.  If the pool is not enough, they also provide a Jacuzzi too!

(Aquaria Grande, India) The interiors open out on three sides for full light and sweeping views. The apartments are built without columns and beams, allowing for maximum space and flexible layouts. Customizable space is just one of the many desirable features of this very unique building.

Wow! I'm a realtor in New York who has seen many amazing apartments and developments but this one tops them all. Pool on a balcony!?!? Mind-blowing!
