Kitchen Remodeling in the New Year

 

We're remodeling our kitchen over the winter holidays, and our family probably won't be able to cook a proper meal again until later in February. What about your kitchen ... or your client's kitchen? My sister the real estate broker just told me that she sold a client's home and they bought it based on her fab kitchen design - it was a simple black-and-white kitchen with crisp black marble countertops and a black-and-white checkerboard floor. Although the kitchen was done 10 years ago, it looks fresh and appealing.
