Career Courses Gone to the Dogs
There's a new baby born in the U.S. every 20 seconds. That means that there are many women who are at home with one or more children, for a period ranging from a short maternity leave to an indefinite period of time away from the workplace. We're seeing more women than men taking career programs and returning to college to pursue their dreams, change careers, or more deeply explore personal interests. The following video caught our eye ... it's a fun look at career course "pitches" through Ginger the Golden Retriever. You won't find such a pitch from the Sheffield School, but we definitely encourage you to pursue your dreams and explore where your creativity can take you!
As lead curriculum developer for Sheffield School, I can't wait to see creative people take the next step towards becoming better at the hobby or job of their dreams. If you're interested in learning more about home decorating and design, then I encourage you to explore the Sheffield School, New York, NY. Sheffield began as an Interior Design school in 1985, and then expanded our course offerings to train people in other design-related fields, including Feng Shui, Wedding and Event Planning, and Jewelry Design. With thousands of active students and more than 50,000 graduates, Sheffield has trained more design professionals than any school in the world.
