Wedding & Event Trend: Movie-Style Video Production

In the competitive and growing wedding and event planning market, it's not enough to follow the norm; you have to break the mold and be a trendsetter. If you're planning the Big Event, you'll want to make sure your clients know how to turn their affair into an amazing "wow" happening that pleases and delights everyone. One big trend we've been noticing in the events biz is the amping up of photography and videography. Mili and Sid Ghosh, for instance, began their Memories in Motion event cinematography business in 2004 to produce true cinema-style films for their worldwide clientele. They use motion picture camera supports and cine lighting to tell the story of grand, high-end weddings and other events. Here's an example of their luxe work.

As lead curriculum developer for Sheffield School, I'm fascinated with the new trends in wedding and event planning; if you're on top of these trends, you'll better serve your clients. If you'd like to know more about wedding and event planning, I encourage you to explore the Sheffield SchoolNew York, NY. Sheffield began as an Interior Design school in 1985, and then expanded our course offerings to train people in other design-related fields, including Feng ShuiWedding and Event Planningand Jewelry DesignWith thousands of active students and more than 50,000 graduates, Sheffield has trained more design professionals than any school in the world.

Stunning video! Cinematography really does have a great impact on turning those wedding memories into something you'll be proud to share.

If you have the time, please feel free to visit www.motherofthegroomdressesblog.com blog, thank you.
The wedding and event planning course sounds very comprehensive. These days one needs to be a cut above the rest to succeed especially in such a competitive market as weddings.

Boy I love the video. That looks very expensive for my clients who would want to have done before there wedding day. My clients are afraid to spend money on wedding photography. Never mind spending money on grandiose video production.

I love it! Live event coverage is one of the hardest things, due to only having that one shot but I like the way you have incorporated nice shots of the surroundings too!

www.s33.com.au also does similar production!

Great job, some shots are fantastic. I really like the color. I do wedding photojournalism in Spain, you can see my work Casadisimos

Love how you captured the details of this wedding! My favorite part of a wedding are the wedding speeches!

The use of cinematographic style in terms of camera angles, composition, use of steadicam (for those smooth shots going around the couple) really gives it a professinal production aspect.

Also, I'm sure the couple will be viewing this over and over agan as it is very fun to watch.

Trends always change. However, I started out as a photographer, and have now added videography to my repertoire. Surprisingly in the first year I began videography booked as many videography gigs as I did photography. It was because I stood out from the rest in my location. It was definitely worth it.

Using a variety of cinematographic techniques would really make videos look professional. To make it even look more professional, one can try an assortment of wedding dresses. I like to check on Indian or Asian inspired dresses. This mrshaadi.com Asian Wedding Directory site is full of wedding gowns and dresses that helped me visualize the type of wedding dress that I needed.
